我国是一个农业大国,农村生态环境建设不仅关系到农村经济的可持续发展,而且也是实现伟大中国梦的重要途径。在我国自然环境日益恶劣、生态系统退化严重的时代背景下,农村建设必须要以自然规律为基础,将农村经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设以及生态建设融入到农村生态文明建设体系中。
