介绍了熔化极气体保护焊溶滴过渡的多种方式及其控制的方法,指出在射流过渡临界电流以下,无论是规范较小的常用的CO2 短路过渡焊,还是规范较大的脉冲MIG焊一脉一滴过渡均出现了精确控制的趋势,使熔滴过渡过程更加均匀稳定,改善了焊缝成形,提高了焊接质量。
This paper introduces a variety of ways and control methods of melt-electrode transition in melt electrode gas shielded arc welding. It is pointed out that below the critical current of jet transition, whether it is a conventional CO2 short-circuit transition welding with smaller specification or a larger pulse MIG welding The trend of precise control appears in the transition from pulse to drop, which makes the droplet transfer process more uniform and stable, improves the weld formation and improves the welding quality.
