中国的房地产市场现状究竟如何?房价是否正在下滑——如果没有,何时将开始下滑?开发商的资金链是否收紧,果真如此的话,他们是否会被迫降价?面对国务院出台的严厉调控措施,开发商是否选择了推迟项目开工或停工?如果停工情况存在,这是否会拖累经济增长,进而迫使国务院出台放松政策?这些重要的问题都很难从官方数据中找到答案。因此,我们试图找到那些能给出答案的人们:房地产开发商。
Whether the real estate market in China, the status quo? Whether the price is falling - if not, when will it begin to decline? The developer’s capital chain is tightened, and if so, whether they will be forced to cut prices? Faced with the State Council’s stringent control Measures, developers choose to postpone the project start or stop work? If the work stoppage, whether it will drag economic growth, and then force the State Department to introduce relaxation policy? These are important issues are difficult to find the answer from the official data. Therefore, we try to find those who can give the answer: real estate developers.
