目的:对部分二价或三价金属离子是否可作为中和剂用于喹诺酮类抗菌药物无菌检验进行初步筛选。方法:配制含0.1 mol·L-1金属离子的无菌检查用培养基,采用薄膜过滤法处理样品后将培养基抽至滤筒内培养。结果:Mg2+可作为中和剂用于喹诺酮类抗菌药物无菌检查。结论:Mg2+作为中和剂可以降低喹诺酮类抗菌药物无菌检查薄膜过滤法冲洗量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine whether some divalent or trivalent metal ions can be used as a neutralizing agent in the sterility testing of quinolone antibacterials for preliminary screening. Methods: Sterile test medium containing 0.1 mol·L-1 metal ions was prepared. After the samples were treated by membrane filtration, the medium was pumped to the cartridge for culture. Results: Mg2 + can be used as a neutralizing agent for the sterility test of quinolone antibiotics. Conclusion: Mg2 + as a neutralizing agent can reduce the amount of fluoroquinolone antibacterial drugs to be sterilized.
