周延民,男,1962年生人。博士、教授、主任医师、博士生导师。现任吉林大学口腔医学院院长,兼中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会常委,教育部高等学校口腔医学专业教学指导委员会委员,吉林省口腔医学会会长,吉林省医师协会常委,吉林省科学学与科技管理研究会第六届常务理事,吉林省及长春市医疗事故鉴定专家组成员。1985年毕业于原白求恩医科大学口腔医学系并留校任教,同年获得吉林大学口腔医学院博士学位,1991年获得白求恩医科大学硕士学位,
