关于版权保护领域中的技术措施,美国、欧盟、澳大利亚国家的技术措施立法例有参考意义。我国的技术措施立法除了应当遵循国际条约的最低标准之外,不应盲目地追求发达国家的先进立法经验,而是应当立足于本国的科技、经济技术发展的水平,通过对数字时代版权利益平衡的重新评估,建立与我国国情相适应的版权保护技术措施制度。
Regarding the technical measures in the field of copyright protection, the legislative measures of technical measures in the United States, the European Union and the Australian countries are of reference.
