2016年8月13日宁夏小甜水河流域普降大到暴雨,针对部分沟道的降水成因、暴雨中心、特性、重现期和洪水情况进行分析。结果表明:(1)小甜水河流域暴雨主要受副热带高压外围低涡和低层切变影响,气团受罗山山脉阻挡而抬升所致。(2)降水对流性较强,局地短时雨强大且分散,暴雨中心在罗山上边窑一带,中心最大雨量73.6 mm。(3)暴雨导致小甜水河流域6条支沟发生洪水过程,洪水发生时段为17:00至21:30,洪水重现期为20~50年一遇。旨在为小流域水文预报,区域沟道治理、防汛减灾提供参考。
August 13, 2016 The Xiaotianhui River basin in Ningxia is plunged from heavy rainfall to heavy rain, and analyzes the causes of precipitation, the center of rainstorm, characteristics, recurrence period and flood in some channels. The results show that: (1) The torrential rain in the Xiaotianhui River Basin is mainly affected by the vortex and low shear of the subtropical high. The air mass is blocked by the Luoshan Mountains and lifted. (2) Precipitation convection is strong, and local short-time rainfall is strong and scattered. The center of heavy rain is in the upper kiln area of Luoshan with the maximum rainfall of 73.6 mm. (3) The heavy rains led to the flood in 6 branch valleys of the Xiaotianhui River Basin. The flooding occurred from 17:00 to 21:30, and the recurrence of flooding was once every 20 to 50 years. It aims to provide a reference for hydrological forecast of small watershed, regional channel management and flood control and disaster mitigation.
