本文以农业部948项目“全球水稻分子育种计划”采用的151份国内外代表性种质为供体亲本、云南育成的优质高原粳稻品种滇粳优1号为轮回亲本、通过连续回交形成的5500个株行为材料,在田间自然缺磷条件下,以水稻植株分蘖数作为耐低磷评价指标,初步筛选出20个耐低磷基因型种质。
In this paper, 151 representative domestic and foreign germplasm used by the Ministry of Agriculture 948 Project “Global Rice Molecular Breeding Program” were used as donor parents. The high quality Japonica rice variety Dianjingyou 1, bred in Yunnan Province, was the reincarnated parent. 5500 strains of behavioral materials, in the field of natural phosphorus deficiency conditions, the tillering number of rice plants as the evaluation index of low phosphorus tolerance, preliminary screening of 20 low-phosphorus-tolerant genotypes.
