用免疫组化ABC法观察20便前例腺癌及20例前列腺结节性增生组织内细胞外基质成分(ECM)──层粘连蛋白(LN)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)、Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅰc、Ⅲc、Ⅳc)的分布。结果显示结节性增生组织内基底膜(BM)呈连续线状完整地分布,Ⅰc、Ⅲc及FN含量较少。癌症组织内,癌细胞周围BM有不同程度的缺失现象,癌细胞分化愈差,BM丢失愈严重,Ⅰc、Ⅲc及FN在间质内分布呈明显的异质性。提示在癌浸润性生长过程中,宿主组织内胶原发生了不均一性的反应,这种改变可能具有限制癌细胞生长的作用。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to observe the expression of extracellular matrix components (ECM), laminin (LN), fibronectin (FN), Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ in 20 cases of adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia Type collagen (Ⅰc, Ⅲc, Ⅳc) distribution. The results showed that the basement membrane (BM) in nodular hyperplasia was continuously and linearly distributed with less content of Ⅰc, Ⅲc and FN. In cancerous tissues, the BM around the cancer cells were absent in varying degrees. The worse the differentiation of cancer cells, the more serious the loss of BM. The distribution of Ⅰc, Ⅲc and FN in the interstitium was obviously heterogeneous. It is suggested that there is a heterogeneous reaction of collagen in host tissues during invasive growth of cancer, and this change may have the effect of limiting the growth of cancer cells.
