在新的历史时期,作为党的思想政治工作的一个重要组成部分,在企业发展过程中,企业思想政治工作发挥了巨大的作用,它是企业不断创造辉煌的强大法宝。当前,在企业迅猛发展的新形势下,要想使思想政治工作适应新的形势、新的任务,使其作用得以继续发挥,必须在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上,不断对其进行改革和创新。总之,企业思想政治工作的持续健康发展,对于提高企业的经济效益,全面加强企业基层建设都具有十分重要的意义。本文首先从分析做好企业职工思想政治工作的重要意义出发,指出了在新时期做好企业职工思想政治工作的具体措施。
