对光纤CO2气体的传感机理进行了理论分析和实验研究.结果表明:光纤传感的灵敏度与扰动有一定的线性关系,利用光纤扰动技术产生光纤内部的能量流动,可实现光纤CO2气体传感.
The sensing mechanism of fiber CO2 gas is theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied. The results show that the sensitivities and perturbations of optical fiber sensing have a certain linear relationship, and the optical fiber perturbation technology can generate the energy flow inside the optical fiber to realize the fiber CO2 gas sensing.
