当前机电工程物料管理中存在诸多问题,考虑其对建筑项目的重要性,通过BIM技术对物料管理体系进行优化。首先,基于物料管理现状,分析优化的必要性,利用实验和理论分析方法证明BIM对于物料采购和库存管理的价值;最后,通过构建BIM应用于物料管理的体系与工作流程,达到优化物料管理的目的。基于BIM技术对机电工程物料管理进行优化,能够帮助项目管理人员有效控制项目成本。
