合理的营养补充及科学运动方式是提升高校学生身体素质的主要方式。通过调查发现,高校体育课中已经增加了运动与营养方面的内容,高校学生的体质已经得到很大的改善。但是从高校学生身体素质的整体水平来看,当前大学生在体育锻炼和营养结合方面,仍然缺乏必要的健康意识,高校体育教师在运动营养方面的知识有所欠缺。本文将重点阐述高校大学生在运动与营养方面存在的问题,并提出相应的改善措施,为增进大学生的身体健康、促进高校学生全面和谐地发展提供理论依据。(山东中医药大学,
Reasonable nutritional supplements and scientific sports are the main ways to improve college students’ physical fitness. Through the survey found that physical education in colleges and universities have increased the content of sports and nutrition, college students’ physique has been greatly improved. However, from the overall level of college students’ physical fitness, current college students still lack the necessary health awareness in physical exercise and nutrition.
