个性化手机服务设计是继技术功能设计、外观造型设计后提升手机价值与市场竞争力的新趋势。论文结合工业设计理论和手机业务特性,深入研究分析了手机服务设计的基本理念、开发模式和设计流程。基于该设计思路,论文以旅居中国的外国友人为对象,设计了一套“中国通”手机服务,并给出了用户需求分析、市场论证与技术可行性分析、服务流程设计、用户界面设计等全部流程。
