利用DEFORM-3D建立了钢板对接搅拌摩擦焊的有限元模型,分析了其焊接过程中搅拌区的温度、应力应变和流场。模拟结果发现:在搅拌摩擦焊接过程中,温度呈非对称的分布,工件前进侧的温度高于后侧的温度;工件的等效应力、应变沿横向呈现非对称分布。不论是前进侧还是后退侧的材料,在搅拌头经过时的开始阶段都会发生剧烈的塑性变形并且随着搅拌头一起运动,但最终都会在搅拌头前进侧的后部沉积下来。
The finite element model of butt-welding friction stir welding was established by DEFORM-3D, and the temperature, stress-strain and flow field in the stir zone during the welding process were analyzed. The simulation results show that during the friction stir welding, the temperature is asymmetrical and the temperature of the forward side of the workpiece is higher than the temperature of the rear side. The equivalent stress and strain of the workpiece show an asymmetrical distribution in the transverse direction. Both the forward and reverse sides of the material undergo severe plastic deformation at the beginning of the agitator pass and move with the agitator but eventually deposit at the rear of the agitator head.
