目的:探讨MAGE-1、MAGE-3和AFP mRNA在肝癌组织中的表达及用于检测微小转移的可能性。方法:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测86例原发性肝癌患者肝癌组织中MAGE-1、MAGE-3和AFP mRNA的表达。结果:86例原发性肝癌患者肝癌组织中MAGE-1、MAGE-3和AFP mRNA的阳性率分别为34.9%(30/86)、60.5%(52/86)和69.8%(60/86);所有患者肝癌组织至少表达其中一种mRNA。结论:MAGE-1、MAGE-3结合AFP mRNA在肝癌组织中表达率较高,有可能用于联合检测肝癌血行微小转移。
Objective: To investigate the expression of MAGE-1, MAGE-3 and AFP mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the possibility of detecting micrometastasis. Methods: The expression of MAGE-1, MAGE-3 and AFP mRNA in 86 primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: The positive rates of MAGE-1, MAGE-3 and AFP mRNA in 86 primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients were 34.9% (30/86), 60.5% (52/86) and 69.8% (60/86) All patients with HCC expressed at least one mRNA. Conclusion: The expression of MAGE-1 and MAGE-3 binding AFP mRNA in HCC tissues is high, which may be used for the combined detection of micrometastasis in hematogenous liver cancer.
