加强我军联合作战指挥教员队伍建设,是培养高质量的联合作战指挥人才、适应新军事变革的一项重要战略任务.借鉴美军的主要做法,我军应进一步优化师资队伍结构、建立健全全军院校师资互聘互用制度、定期安排教官到作战部队实践锻炼和参加联合作战演习演练、加强教员队伍的职业培训、加强师资力量的团队建设、成立全军联合作战指挥研究会.同时还需要构建科学合理的联合作战指挥教员队伍建设机制.
