目的 探讨毫米波治疗仪对因放疗所致白细胞减少的防治作用。方法 病例分为 2组 ,单纯放疗组不用毫米波治疗。联合治疗组采用频率 42GHz、波长 7.1mm、功率密度为 8~ 10mW/cm2 的毫米波治疗仪同时照射大椎与足三里两穴位 ,配合放射治疗 ,观察白细胞的变化情况。结果 联合治疗组与单纯放疗组病人的白细胞数有显著的统计学差异。结论 毫米波治疗对因放疗所致的白细胞减少有缓解作用
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of leukopenia caused by radiotherapy by millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus. Methods The cases were divided into two groups, radiotherapy alone without millimeter wave therapy. The combination therapy group was treated with millimeter wave therapeutic apparatus with frequency of 42GHz, wavelength of 7.1mm and power density of 8 ~ 10mW / cm2 while irradiating Oestrus and Zusanli acupoints together with radiotherapy to observe the changes of white blood cells. Results The number of white blood cells in the combination therapy group and radiotherapy alone group had significant statistical difference. Conclusion Millimeter wave therapy can relieve leucopenia caused by radiotherapy
