针对油管中频加热修复系统设计的要求,采用单片机和空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM:Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation)算法控制方案,并以单片机为核心设计了系统的硬件电路,编制了相应的软件。为提高系统实用性和抗干扰性能,本系统中频电源电压、频率可调、加热温度可预设,同时设计了完善的保护电路和友好的人机交换界面。实际应用表明,该系统效率高,抗干扰能力强,易于操作。
In order to meet the requirements of the system design of tubing mid-frequency heating repair system, a control scheme of single-chip microcomputer and Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) algorithm is designed. The hardware of the system is designed and the corresponding software is compiled. In order to improve the system practicability and anti-interference performance, the system IF power supply voltage, frequency adjustable, heating temperature can be preset, and designed a perfect protection circuit and friendly man-machine interface. Practical applications show that the system is highly efficient, anti-interference ability, easy to operate.
