在有经验的检查者手中,超声诊断是一种即刻诊断方法”。是具有高分辨力的实时回声扫描术(Realtime-Sonographie),丰富了影象诊断方法,特别适合于原发肿瘤的诊断,尤其是唇、颊、口底、舌、舌根、下咽部和声门上区的恶性肿瘤诊断;对可疑颈淋巴结的诊断,远远优于触诊法,也优于CT;根据肿瘤大小及其回声结构,可推断肿瘤的动态,预计放疗和化疗效果;其常规复查,可辅助其他临床检查方法,及时识别、追踪处理肿瘤复发。本文阐述了实时回声描记术在耳鼻咽喉恶性肿瘤诊治中的临床应用,并着重指出:它对舌根癌、口底癌的诊断,复查和对颈淋巴结的鉴别诊断,独具特色。
