当前企业之间的竞争日益激烈,为了获得竞争优势,企业之间的整合就成为了经济发展的重要的手段,这样不但能够完善资本的流动机制,还能更好地壮大企业的规模和实力,更好地进行产业结构调整和优化。在企业的整合中,人力资源的整合也是一项重要的内容,然而具体的操作却出现了诸多的问题,为此,就需要加强在这方面的研究。本文分析了企业整合中人力资源管理存在的问题,以期能够加深人们对整合中人力资源管理的认识,进而提出了企业整合中人力资源管理的策略,希望能够更好地推动企业的长远发展。
