用非等温氧化法研究了陶瓷/炭复合材料在氧气中的损伤—愈合过程考察了纳米级弥散的碳化硅颗粒在氧化过程中的行为;对氧化物保护膜的形态和组成进行了观察与表征;初步阐明了纳米陶瓷颗粒弥散增强陶瓷/炭复合材料仿生自愈合的过程及机理。
The non-isothermal oxidation method was used to study the damage-healing process of ceramic / carbon composites in oxygen. The behavior of nano-sized dispersed SiC particles in the oxidation process was investigated. The morphology and composition of the oxide protective film were observed and characterized The process and mechanism of biomimetic self-healing of ceramic / carbon composites by nano-ceramic particles were preliminarily clarified.
