探讨了微弧氧化膜层真空浸渗封闭的原理,比较了微弧氧化膜层真空浸渗封闭前后的致密性能、耐蚀性能和电绝缘性能。结果表明:通过真空浸渗封闭技术可大幅提高微弧氧化膜层的致密性、耐蚀性和电绝缘性能。
The principle of vacuum infiltration and sealing of MAO coatings was discussed. The compactness, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties of MAO coatings before and after vacuum infiltration were compared. The results show that the compactness, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation of MAO coatings can be greatly improved by vacuum impregnation and sealing technology.
