优秀青少年运动员大运动量负荷后,血清肌红蛋(Myoglobin,Mb)和磷酸葡萄糖异构酶(phosphoglucoisomerase,PGI、EC5、3、1、9)即刻值均显著高于其正常安静值和常态训练值(p<0.001)。休息24小时后血清Mb恢复到安静值水平,PGI下降活性却不显著,仍高于常态训练值和安静值(P<0.05)。以上结果说明24小时休息足以恢复大运动量负荷所致的肌细胞膜损伤,但因此造成的肌细胞缺氧、酸性代谢产物对肌糖酵解的PGI活性的后继影响并未完全消除,故认为可将血清该酶活性的升高作为肌肉疲劳的标志。
The excellent values of Myoglobin (Mb) and phosphoglucoisomerase (PGI, EC5,3,1,9) were significantly higher than those of the normal and normal training values p <0.001). Serum Mb returned to a resting level 24 hours after resting, but the activity of PGI did not decrease significantly, which was still higher than the normal training value and resting value (P <0.05).
