近年,国内的产业集群迅速崛起,形成了强大的产业配套和生产制造能力,迅速提高了劳动生产率,为国民经济持续快速增长提供了巨大动力。实践表明,产业集群适应了全球经济竞争由单个企业走向产业链的新趋势,正在成为区域经济最有竞争力的组织形式之一。当前,成长中的纺织产业集群在人员、环境、市场、国际竞争等方面面临诸多挑战。要应对这些挑战,就要再塑纺织集群经济优势,巩固老优势,创造新优势。
In recent years, the rapid rise of domestic industrial clusters has formed a strong industrial support and manufacturing capabilities, rapidly raised labor productivity and provided tremendous impetus to the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy. Practice shows that industrial clusters have adapted to the new trend of global economic competition from single enterprises to industrial chains and are becoming one of the most competitive forms of organization in the regional economy. At present, the growing textile industry cluster faces many challenges in personnel, environment, market and international competition. To meet these challenges, we must re-shape the economic advantages of the textile cluster, consolidate the old advantages and create new advantages.
