在国防费有限的情况下,我军武器装备究竟如何发展,是一个值得研究的重要课题。本文试图通过对武器发展的基点及其决策监控的分析,对武器装备发展的效益评定提出一定的方法。
In the case of limited defense spending, it is an important issue worth studying that how our military equipment develops. This article tries to put forward some methods to evaluate the benefit of the development of weaponry through the analysis of the base point of weapon development and its decision-making monitoring.
