在新课改这样的背景下,对于教育的水平要求也越来越高,在小学语文教育中,书本知识的传授已经不能满足同学们的成长需求了。传统的教学方式,只会让他们更加的被动,而学习就是主动参与过程,通过他们的主动性,来提高他们的创造力。在现在的教学中,老师也开始重视创造力的重要性,但是每个人的天赋是不一样的,他们的创造力需要在一股强大的能量指引下,才能被激发,老师应该正确的进行引导和指导,发掘他们身上的闪光点,给他们一些独立的空间,让他们学会自我创造和成长。因此,要想实现创造力的提高,就需要从他们的实际情况出发,老师应该深入同学们之中,了解每位同学的情况,转变自身的教学观念,只有这样,才能提高小学语文教学的质量和同学们的自由创造力。
