作为一种以固溶强化及γ’相强化为主的镍基合金钢,GH4145/SQ钢目前广泛用于300 MW亚临界机组高温螺栓材料。项目对比分析了运行10万小时后的螺栓材料与原始材料的拉伸性能、冲击韧性、显微结构及析出相变化等特点,研究发现GH4145/SQ钢高温螺栓运行10万小时后,综合性能仍较为理想。
GH4145 / SQ steel is widely used as a hot bolt material for 300 MW subcritical units as a nickel-based alloy steel based on solid solution strengthening and γ ’phase strengthening.
