After the debt crisis in Europe has been very lively, but 5,6 months more lively, the French presidential election, the Greek presidential election and the EU summit are whether the euro area can go down the important issue. Once the dust of these events is settled, one thing is sure to confirm that no matter what the sovereign debt crisis is, the euro area is still a united whole. The four countries, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, held their summit in Rome, at which they adopted the Convention on Growth and Employment. The leaders of the four countries agreed to stimulate Europe’s economic growth and expand investment with 1% of European GDP, or 120 to 130 billion euros. At present, there are still differences between countries on how to distribute 1,300 billion yuan. According to the Financial Times article, more than three-quarters of Greece’s debt private sector creditors have agreed to participate in a € 206 billion debt restructuring plan in Greece, which will allow Greece to push forward the world’s largest ever sovereign debt default.
