目的探讨提高妇女宫内节育器(简称IUD)取出成功率的有效方法。方法将绝经后取环的妇女80例随机分为2组(各40例)。对照组采用常规取环术;观察组对绝经期妇女实施取术前一周给予雌激素(倍美力)0.625mg口服,并于一周后来院取环,术前2h米索前列醇600μg口服,再行取环术。结果对照组取环患者宫口扩张直径小于观察组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组取器效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);并发症观察组共出现4例,显著低于对照组13例(P<0.05)。结论雌激素联合米索前列醇用于绝经后取出IUD,提高手术成功率,是一种简便易行值得推广的方法。
Objective To explore an effective way to improve the success rate of women’s IUD removal. Methods 80 postmenopausal women were randomly divided into 2 groups (40 in each group). The control group was treated with conventional cycloplegia. The observation group was orally administered with 0.625 mg of estrogen (Betamel) one week before the operation in the observation group. One week later, the patients were taken to the ring and received 600 μg of misoprostol 600 μg orally Line ring surgery. Results Compared with the observation group, the dilation diameter of the cervix in the control group was significantly smaller than that of the observation group (P <0.05), and the effect of taking the device in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05) 4 cases were significantly lower than the control group of 13 cases (P <0.05). Conclusion Estrogen combined with misoprostol for post-menopause removal of IUD, to improve the success rate of surgery is a simple and affordable method worthy of promotion.
