基于GIS技术,根据印台区耕地第2次土壤普查资料和“测土配方施肥”采样调查分析结果,利用县域耕地资源管理信息系统,对铜川市印台区耕地地力进行了定量评价分级。结果表明,印台区总耕地面积为19 177.85hm2,占总土地面积的31.50%;其中一级地、二级地、三级地、四级地和五级地的面积分别为3 692.66、4 991.53、2 644.04、6 568.90hm2和1 280.72hm2,质量较低的四、五级地占地比例很高,达40%以上;地力水平整体处于国家标准的中等偏下等级。影响耕地地力水平的主要限制因子是地形起伏较大、地块分布散碎,缺乏灌溉条件和基础设施较差;今后应加强有限耕地资源的保护,大力开展土地整理,兴建水利工程,完善基础设施建设,建成一定数量的高标准基本农田。
Based on the GIS technology, according to the results of the second soil census data and the “soil testing and formula fertilization” in Yintai district, the paper evaluates and classifies the cultivated land fertility of Yintai District of Tongchuan by using the county cultivated land resource management information system. The results showed that the total area of cultivated land in Yintai was 19 177.85hm2, accounting for 31.50% of the total land area; of which, the area of first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade and fifth grade were respectively 3 692.66 and 4 991.53 , 2 644.04,6 568.90hm2 and 1 280.72hm2. The proportions of four or five lands with low quality occupy a high proportion of 40% or more, and the overall geotechnical level is at the lower middle level of the national standard. The main limiting factors affecting the level of cultivated land fertility are the large topographic fluctuations, fragmentation of plots, lack of irrigation conditions and poor infrastructure; the protection of limited cultivated land resources should be strengthened in the future and land consolidation, water conservancy projects and infrastructure improvement should be vigorously carried out Construction, build a certain number of high standard basic farmland.
