我们曾于1979年5月上旬到6月下旬,在本省黔阳地区会同县坪村、湘西自治州林科所、常德地区澧县洞市,使用5株苏芸金杆菌菌株对3种林业害虫进行了毒效测定。一、试验材料供试虫:3龄油茶毒蛾(Eupr(?)ctispseudconspersa strand)、4龄樟叶蜂(Arge sp.)、5龄、6龄乌柏水青蛾(Actias selene Hiibner)。供试菌:天门菌(Bacillus thuring-iensis Var. Tiemensis)、蜡螟菌(Bac.thuringiensis galleriae).6~-(2)菌、9~-(2)菌、11~-(5)菌。二、试验方法五个菌株对三种害虫的毒效测定分别在不同的时间和不同的地点进行,但试验的方法都是相同的。
We conducted three forestry pests using five strains of Bacillus thuringiensis in early June and late June 1979 in Huiping County, Pingyang County, Hunan Province, Linke Institute of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and Jixian Cave, Changde County, from early May to late June 1979 Toxicity determination. First, the test material for the test insects: 3 instar oil tea moth (Eupr (?) Ctispseudconspersa strand), 4 age camphor (Arge sp.), 5th instar, 6 age Ubisoft moth (Actias selene Hiibner). The test strains are: Bacillus thuringiensis Var. Tiemensis, Bacillus thuringiensis galleriae, bacteria 6, bacteria 2, bacteria 9, bacteria 2, and bacteria 11 to 5.
