[目的]通过对昌邑市医疗卫生机构消毒质量监测结果分析,探索预防院内感染和医源性感染的措施和方法。[方法]对昌邑市25家医疗机构机构使用中的消毒液、物体表面、医护人员手、室内空气、压力灭菌器、污水等样品,依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》及《医院消毒卫生标准》进行采样、检测。[结果]2007~2009年每年的5~6月采集检测各种标本1 555份,总合格率为81.86%。不同年份间合格率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。县级医院、乡镇卫生院、个体诊所的合格率分别为89.15%、85.17%、74.72%,不同级别单位间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]全市医疗卫生机构消毒合格率较低,特别是乡镇卫生院和个体诊所消毒观念淡薄,必须加强消毒管理工作。
[Objective] To analyze the results of monitoring the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Changyi and explore the measures and methods to prevent nosocomial infection and nosocomial infection. [Methods] Samples of disinfectant, surface of objects, hand of medical staff, indoor air, pressure sterilizer and sewage were used in 25 medical institutions in Changyi City. According to “Technical Specifications of Disinfection” and “Disinfection and Sanitation Standard of Hospital ”Sampling, testing. [Results] A total of 1 555 specimens of all kinds were collected from May to June 2007-2007, with a total pass rate of 81.86%. There was no significant difference in passing rate between different years (P> 0.05). The pass rates of county-level hospitals, township hospitals and individual clinics were 89.15%, 85.17% and 74.72%, respectively. The difference in pass rates among different levels of units was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The qualified rate of disinfection of medical and health institutions in the whole city is low, especially the concept of disinfection in township hospitals and individual clinics is weak, so it is necessary to strengthen the disinfection management.
