文中介绍一种显示奥氏体晶粒度的腐蚀剂,成份苦味酸 5克+C_(12)H_(25)C_6H_4SO_3Na_4克+H_2O,100毫升+H_2O_2少量。对于高碳铬轴承钢奥氏体晶粒度的腐蚀温度约90℃。用此法能清楚地显示出奥氏体晶粒度,从而可无误地判明碳化物偏析程度和脱贫碳层的深度。就不同淬火温度对奥氏体晶粒度的影响,碳化物带状对奥氏体晶粒度的影响作了试验,分析了脱贫碳对淬火晶粒度的影响。附图片17张。
