我院于1988年首创应用大剂量~(99m)Tc-MDP治疗骨转移癌取得成功。为从细胞水平探讨其作用机理,作者利用剂量为1、2、3、4mci的~(99m)Tc-MDP对指数生长的MCF-7细胞株作用进行剂量效应的实验研究。结果表明,加药24h以后,呈现肩段较窄和随后的指数性细胞存活曲线。显示低剂量~(99m)Tc-MDP对MCF-7细胞具有明显的杀伤作用。
In 1988, our hospital first applied a large dose of ~(99m)Tc-MDP to treat bone metastases. In order to investigate the mechanism of action at the cellular level, the authors used a dose of 1,2,3,4 mci of ~(99m)Tc-MDP to perform dose-response experiments on exponentially growing MCF-7 cell lines. The results showed that after 24 hours of dosing, there was a narrow shoulder and subsequent exponential cell survival curve. Shows that low doses of ~(99m)Tc-MDP have a significant killing effect on MCF-7 cells.
