开发出一种环氧聚合物混凝土以用于钢桥面铺装层早期病害修复。按AC-10和AC-5两个级配设计环氧聚合物混凝土并开展力学性能评价,分析了其抗压强度和抗折强度形成规律。试验结果表明4h抗压强度可以达到4 MPa,达到开放交通的要求。三点弯曲试验证实环氧聚合物混凝土在常温下抗弯拉强度大于20 MPa,低温-18℃最大弯拉应变大于2 000μm/m,表现出良好的柔韧性,适用于钢桥面大变形要求。
An epoxy polymer concrete was developed for early disease repair of steel deck decking. The epoxy polymer concrete was designed according to AC-10 and AC-5 grading, and its mechanical properties were evaluated. The formation rules of compressive strength and flexural strength were analyzed. The test results show that 4h compressive strength can reach 4 MPa, to meet the requirements of open traffic. Three-point bending test confirmed that the epoxy polymer concrete flexural strength at room temperature greater than 20 MPa, low temperature -18 ℃ maximum bending strain greater than 2 000μm / m, showing good flexibility, suitable for large deck deformation requirements .
