利用变色塑料导爆管、氮气、氧气和真空系统对管腔内介质影响导爆管传爆可靠性做了研究。氧气有利于传爆 ,氮气不利于传爆。当导爆管内腔接近真空状态时 ( - 0 .0 987MPa以下 ) ,导爆管仍可传爆 ,证明导爆管可以作为航天火工品使用。进一步证实导爆管传爆的必要条件是超前冲击波、管道效应以及支持爆轰波波阵面继续传播的足够能量 ,而导爆管内腔气体介质不是导爆管传爆的必要条件。
The use of discoloration plastic detonators, nitrogen, oxygen and vacuum system on the lumen medium affect the detonating tube explosion reliability research. Oxygen is conducive to the explosion, nitrogen is not conducive to the explosion. When the detonator lumen close to the vacuum state (-0.0987MPa below), the detonating tube can still burst explosion, proving that the detonating tube can be used as aerospace products. It is further confirmed that the necessary conditions for the propagation of the detonating tube are the advanced shock wave, the pipeline effect and the sufficient energy to support the propagating propagation of the detonation wave front. However, the gas medium in the detonating tube cavity is not a necessary condition for the explosion of the detonating tube.
