品种选择。选用中低温型的栗蘑品种,要求菌种纯白,无任何杂质,菌丝匀壮,菌龄适当,有香味;蔬菜品种选用与栗蘑出菇期温度(20~26℃)相适应的冷温喜湿性品种,如不予补光,只考虑叶类蔬菜,但不宜选用多年生蔬菜。
