完成八个偏压型钢混凝土柱单调加载试验研究,柱的变化参数为钢骨型号、长细比、偏心距。分析了型钢、钢筋、混凝土、受压区箍筋的应变对柱受力性能影响,对比了柱的荷载挠度曲线,分析了型钢含量对变形性能的影响。分别列举了包括规程法在内的长细比、受拉翼缘、纵筋应力两种计算方法并与试验结果进行了对比,对不同计算方法进行了评价。通过合理的理论分析,推荐了与试验结果吻合较好的型钢混凝土柱临界保护层厚度计算公式。当柱截面尺寸较小时,为提高规程计算方法的精度,规程公式中初始偏心距ea取值可作适当调整。
The monotonic loading test of eight columns of bias steel reinforced concrete was completed. The parameters of the column were steel type, slenderness ratio and eccentricity. The influence of the strain of the stirrups, steel bar, concrete and compression zone on the mechanical behavior of the columns was analyzed. The load deflection curve of the columns was compared and the effect of the content of steel on the deformation properties was analyzed. The calculation methods including the slenderness ratio, the tension flange and the longitudinal reinforcement stress, including the rules and regulations, are respectively listed and compared with the test results, and the different calculation methods are evaluated. Through reasonable theoretical analysis, the calculation formula of the critical thickness of the steel reinforced concrete column which is in good agreement with the test result is proposed. When the column cross-section size is small, in order to improve the accuracy of the method of calculation of the rules, the formula of the initial eccentricity ea value can be properly adjusted.
