Infiltration and metastasis of malignant tumors are the result of the interaction between cancer cells and extracellular matrix. It is a very complex biological phenomenon. The key step is the removal of cancer cells from the primary tumor and reattachment of metastatic sites. In which cell adhesion is an important factor, cell surface adhesion molecules (cell adhesion molecules CAM) are the performers of adhesion function, which is the transmembrane glycoprotein fraction on the cell surface.
