大活络丹是临床常用中成药之一。本文作者查阅了大量医药文献资料,认为大活络丹应出自于《奇效良方》或录自于《兰台轨范》为妥。文献记载应用于脑血管病的偏瘫,肌肉关节病变,某些外科疾病及妇科疾病等。根据动物实验证明,大活络丹能扩张血管,增强脑血流量,增强蟾酥腓肠肌的收缩力,对蛋清样关节炎有抑制作用。药理实验提示,大活络丹有预防中风偏瘫的作用。
Daluoluodan is one of the commonly used Chinese patent medicines. The author of this article consults a large number of medical literature and considers that Daoluo Luodan should be derived from the “Strangely Effective Way” or recorded in the “Lantai Platform”. The literature describes hemiplegia for cerebrovascular disease, muscle and joint diseases, certain surgical diseases, and gynecological diseases. According to animal experiments, Da Luo Luo Dan can dilate blood vessels, increase blood flow to the brain, and increase the contractility of the blister gastrocnemius muscle, which has an inhibitory effect on egg white-like arthritis. Pharmacological experiments suggest that Daluoluodan has the effect of preventing hemiplegia due to stroke.
