以水为囊芯,以聚对苯二甲酸二乙酯(PET)为囊壁,采用乳液-溶剂蒸发法合成一种水溶性囊芯的微胶囊,微胶囊表面光滑,粒径分布窄,平均粒径约100μm。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜(OM)表征微胶囊的表面形貌特征,粒径及其分布。实验结果表明,乳化剂浓度和芯/壁比例等对PET微胶囊大小和粒径分布有较大影响。
Using water as the core and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as the wall, a water-soluble core-shell microcapsule was synthesized by emulsion-solvent evaporation method. The surface of the microcapsule was smooth and the particle size distribution was narrow. The mean The particle size is about 100 μm. The surface morphology, particle size and distribution of microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscope (OM). The experimental results show that the emulsifier concentration and core / wall ratio have great influence on the size and particle size distribution of PET microcapsules.
