以普通高校的大学生为研究对象,研究心理健康程度与不同频度的体育运动项目之间的关系,为促进大学生心理健康提供锻炼方法上的依据。本文以问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数据统计法等方法,对在校大学生进行测试调查,得出以下结论:1.体育锻炼可以有效改善大学生的心理健康状况;2.不同频度的体育运动对心理健康的改善具有不同的效果;3.体育运动持续的时间、运动的频率、运动的项目多样化等因素对心理健康发展有至关重要的作用。
Taking college students in ordinary colleges as the research object, this paper studies the relationship between mental health level and sports events of different frequency, and provides the basis for the training methods to promote the mental health of college students. In this paper, questionnaires, logical analysis, data statistics and other methods to test the survey of college students, come to the following conclusions: 1. Physical exercise can effectively improve the mental health of college students; 2. Different frequency of sports Mental health improvement has different effects; 3. The duration of physical exercise, exercise frequency, the diversity of sports and other factors on the mental health development is crucial.
