调整阀打嘟嚕及开启沉重是蒸汽机车检修中常见的病害。为了防治蒸汽机车调整阀打嘟嚕及开启沉重的现象,现以上提式蒸汽调整阀为例,谈谈自己的看法。一、蒸汽调整阀的构造和作用蒸汽调整阀主要由阀体(见附图)、主阀、先开阀、均衡鞲鞴、内外连接杆、内外传动曲拐、传动轴和拐臂等组成。阀体下部与过热箱联接;后侧面与干燥管相连;下部为均衡鞲鞴室,周围用筋相连,各筋间为蒸汽通路。均衡鞲鞴室内装有均衡鞲鞴。该室下部中央有一排汽堵,堵上有一个6毫米的透孔,用以关闭调整阀时,排出鞲鞴下部蒸汽。阀体中央突起部装有主阀座,主阀关闭
