高应力破碎硐室围岩具有大变形、强流变等特性,合理的加固方法是硐室安全稳定的保证。以长平矿4303变电所硐室加固为研究对象,通过对硐室围岩条件、受力情况和变形破坏机理的分析,提出了反拱封闭支架、组合锚索强力加固和深孔高压注浆转移围岩应力的加固方法。数值模拟研究结果表明:反拱封闭支架与组合锚索能够有防止破裂,深孔注浆能够使围岩高应力向深部转移,组合加固方案能够有效防止围岩破坏和减小围岩变形量。
The surrounding rock of high-stress broken chamber has the characteristics of large deformation and strong rheology, and the reasonable reinforcement method is the guarantee of the chamber’s safety and stability. Taking the reinforcement of 4303 substation chamber of Changping Coal Mine as the research object, this paper puts forward the anti-arch closed support, the strong reinforcement of composite anchor cable and the deep hole high pressure injection through the analysis of surrounding rock conditions, force conditions and deformation and failure mechanism of the chamber. Reinforcing method of surrounding rock stress in slurry transfer. Numerical simulation results show that the anti-arch closed bracket and composite anchor cable can prevent cracking, deep hole grouting can make the surrounding rock high stress transfer to the deep, combined reinforcement program can effectively prevent the surrounding rock damage and reduce the deformation of surrounding rock.
