事业单位是人才的聚集地,也是促进我国经济发展的重要领域,加强事业单位的人事档案管理,实现人才队伍的高效建设,对于事业单位的发展和改革具有积极地意义。但是目前,由于多种因素的影响,事业单位的人事档案管理工作中出现了一系列问题,制约事业单位的健康发展,所以需要积极采取措施加以解决。本文就如何加强事业单位人事档案管理工作进行分析和研究。
Institutions are the gathering place for talents and also an important area for promoting the economic development of our country. Strengthening the management of personnel files of public institutions and realizing the efficient construction of qualified personnel have a positive meaning for the development and reform of public institutions. However, due to the influence of many factors, a series of problems have emerged in the management of personnel files in public institutions, which restrict the healthy development of public institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to take active measures to solve them. This article analyzes and studies how to strengthen personnel files management in public institutions.
