采用万能试验机、金相显微镜、扫面电镜和透射电镜等方法表征了无Mo耐火钢和含Mo耐火钢显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,含Mo耐火钢室温屈服强度、室温抗拉强度和高温屈服强度均高于无Mo耐火钢;含Mo耐火钢正火后粒状组织较多,铁素体晶粒尺寸随正火温度变化不大;无Mo耐火钢正火后粒状组织较少,铁素体晶粒长大;Mo元素主要存在于粒状组织中,以偏聚形式存在,固溶在铁素体中含量较少;含Mo耐火钢高温组织稳定性较好,M-A分解较少。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mo-free and Mo-containing refractory steel were characterized by universal testing machine, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the room temperature yield strength, room temperature tensile strength and high temperature yield strength of Mo-containing refractory steel are higher than that of Mo-free refractory steel. The grain structure of Mo-containing refractory steel after normalizing is more and the grain size of ferrite changes with normalizing temperature The content of Mo is mainly in the granular structure and exists in the form of segregation and the content of solid solution in the ferrite is small. Mo refractory steel high temperature tissue stability is better, MA decomposition less.
