为探讨长春市大气污染对少年儿童免疫功能的影响,我们于1985年4月22日至5月10日,对长春市907例3~14岁少年儿童唾液溶菌酶活性进行了调查研究。根据长春市大气监测资料和城市功能分区,把1983年全市12个常年监测点污染最严重的煤气公司、火车站(燃煤油工业区)作为污染区,污染最轻的南湖(游览区)作为清洁对照区。选择污染区的浙江路小学,煤气公司幼儿园、站前中心幼儿园、39001部队幼儿园和清洁区的长春应用化学研究所子弟小学,白求恩医大幼儿园的3~6岁儿童405人,7~14岁少年502人共计907人作为检查对象。两区检查对象年龄相同,生活条件、营养状况和卫生条件相似。并剔
