目的:介绍自制免缝Silo袋分期修补治疗新生儿腹裂的应用与体会。方法:选择2005年5月~2010年10月14例新生儿腹裂患儿,其中7例采取了自制免缝Silo袋进行分期腹壁修补。结果:7例中,1例因合并多发性肠闭锁、短肠综合征,1例因重度颅内出血放弃治疗,手术成功5例并获得随访,随访时间为2月~5年。随访的5例中,1例2月内反复发生肠梗阻家长放弃治疗,失随访,1例于2岁时因右侧腹股沟斜疝行右侧疝囊高位结扎术,恢复良好,其余3例均生长发育良好。结论:对于无法修复的腹裂可以采取自制免缝Silo袋分期修补,同时自制免缝Silo袋也适用于腹裂患儿的转运。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the application and experience of self-made Silo sutureless repair of infantile fissure in neonates. Methods: From May 2005 to October 2010, 14 infants with infantile beriberi were selected. Among them, 7 cases were treated with self-made silicone-free Silo sachet for staging abdominal wall repair. Results: Of the 7 cases, 1 had been treated with multiple intestinal obstruction, short bowel syndrome and 1 with intracranial hemorrhage due to severe intracranial hemorrhage. Five patients were successfully followed up for 2 months to 5 years. Among the 5 follow-up cases, 1 patient repeatedly gave birth to treatment of intestinal obstruction within 2 months, and lost follow-up. One patient underwent right lumbar hernia sac ligation at the age of 2 at the age of 2 years. The other 3 patients Good growth and development. CONCLUSIONS: For unopened abdominal fractures, self-made silicone-free Silo sachets may be used for staging repairs. Self-made silicone-free Silo sachets are also suitable for transposition of children with gastroschisis.
