1992年~1995年鳗苗溯河盛期,在南自海南岛北至辽宁中国沿海7个代表性河口,采集了白仔鳗样品,测定了全长、体重,并以耳石制片扫描电镜鉴定日龄,比较研究了全长、体重和日龄的频率分布和结构变化。结果表明同年不同河口样品的全长、体重和日龄结构存在某些差异,这些差异源于繁殖群体的遗传性。同河口不同年份差异无规律性,是鳗苗漂移分布的随机性所致。
From 1992 to 1995, when the eel emerged from the river, from the north of Hainan Island to the seven representative estuarine coastal areas of Liaoning Province in China, a sample of eel was collected and its full length and body weight were measured. Scanning electron microscopy The age was identified and the frequency distribution and structural changes of full length, body weight and age were compared. The results showed that there were some differences in the total length, body weight and age structure of different estuary samples in the same year. These differences originated from the heritability of the breeding population. Irregularities in different years in the same estuary are caused by the randomness of the drift distribution of the eel.
